ភ្នំពេញ៖ ក្រុមហ៊ុន រ៉ូសម៉ាវែល ប្រផឹធី ឌីវេឡុបម៉ិន ឯ.ក បានប្រារព្ធពិធីបុកគ្រឹះ ដើម្បីចាប់ផ្តើមសាងសង់ដំណាក់កាលទី២ នៃបុរី មានជ័យ រ៉េស៊ីដិនស៍ នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ បុរី មានជ័យ រ៉េស៊ីដិនស៍ មានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅតាមបណ្តោយមហាវិថីសម្តេចតេជោហ៊ុនសែន (60 ម៉ែត្រ) និងនៅជាប់ផ្សារទំនើប អ៊ីអនម៉ល មានជ័យ (AEON III)។ 

ក្នុងដំណាក់កាលទី២ នេះ បុរី មានជ័យ រ៉េស៊ីដិនស៍ សូមនាំមកជូននូវការរចនាម៉ូតផ្ទះជំនាន់ថ្មី និងបន្តពង្រឹងស្ដង់ដាគុណភាពសំណង់ និងប្រណីតភាពនៃគ្រប់បណ្ដាប្រភេទផ្ទះរួមមាន វិឡាឃីង វិឡាឃ្វីន វិឡាព្រីន វិឡាព្រីនសេស និងផ្ទះអាជីវកម្ម ដើម្បីឱ្យស្របទៅតាមមាត្រដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិ និងបំពាក់ដោយគ្រឿងបរិក្ខារទំនើបៗ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងការសាងសង់គេហដ្ឋានផងដែរ បុរី មានជ័យ រ៉េស៊ីដិនស៍ ក៏មានការរៀបចំនូវហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ សួនច្បារពហុមុខងារ សម្រាប់ការរត់កីឡា ការស្រូបយកខ្យល់អាកាសល្អបរិសុទ្ធ និង ការលម្ហែកម្សាន្តជាមួយម្លប់ឈើដ៏ត្រឈឹងត្រឈៃ។

បុរី មានជ័យ រ៉េស៊ីដិនស៍ ទទួលស្វាគមន៍លោកអ្នកមកកាន់បទពិសោធន៍រស់នៅដ៏ស៊ីវិល័យ និងពោរពេញទៅដោយភាពសុខដុមរមនា និងភាពងាយស្រួល។

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍​​ ទី២១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុន​ រ៉ូសម៉ាវែល ប្រផឹធី ឌីវេឡុបម៉ិន ឯ.ក​​​ និងធនាគារ អ៊ឹមប៊ី​ ខេមបូឌា ម.ក បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់ជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ​ក្នុងការផ្តល់ជូននូវដំណោះស្រាយហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសម្រាប់អតិថិជនដែលមានបំណងទិញគេហដ្ឋានថ្មីនៅក្នុង គម្រោង មានជ័យ រ៉េស៊ីដិនស៍។      

កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តនេះ​ មានគោលបំណងសម្រួលការក្លាយជាម្ចាស់លំនៅឋានរបស់អតិថិជនឱ្យកាន់តែងាយស្រួល និងប្រសើរជាងមុនតាមរយៈដំណោះស្រាយហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរបស់ធនាគារ អ៊ឹមប៊ី ខេមបូឌា រួមជាមួយការផ្តល់នូវប្រភេទលំនៅឋានដ៏ប្រណីតរបស់គម្រោង មានជ័យ រ៉េស៊ីដិនស៍។ អតិថិជន នឹងទទួលបានជម្រើសហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកាន់តែសម្បូរបែប ជាមួយអត្រាការប្រាក់ប្រកួតប្រជែង​ ថែមទាំងអាចទទួលបានកម្ចីរយៈពេលរហូតដល់ ៣០ឆ្នាំ និងការផ្តល់ជូនឥតបង់ប្រាក់ដើមសម្រាប់រយៈពេល ៣៦ខែ។
