Job Description
• Manages the daily operations of the department including all its functions such as AR, AP, Fixed Asset and Cash & Bank;
• Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to company’s needs and objectives;
• Prepares Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial report and additional reports required from DCEO and CEO;
• Analyses and investigating major variances, highlighting key trends and asking questions as appropriate where additional information is required on the Financial Report;
• Prepares and Manager setting up financial calendar and developing; accounting forms and implementing and updating the Accounting Policies to align with business operation and ERP system
• Prepares staff payroll and process bank transfer to payroll staff account;
• Prepares monthly tax declaration and annual declaration;
• Maintains and update Chart of accounts to align with business operation and ERP system;
• Developing budget planning and monitoring;
• Ensures compliance to relevant statutory requirements and accounting standards;
• Enforces proper accounting methods, policies and principles through SOPs;
• Supports the team and initiative workflow process improvements and internal control in accounting;
• Continually reviews work, practices and procedures for better operational efficiency; proactively raise management attention to problems and resolutions in financial processes and controls;
• Manages and motivates the accounting team members and encourage them to progress and develop their skills and provides appropriate training when needed;
• Supports management with special projects and workflow process improvements and internal control assessment;
• Helps DCEO with company-wide strategic planning;
• Others tasks assigned by DCEO or upper management.
Job Requirement
• Master degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Complete or pursuing ACCA is much preferred;
• Knowledge related to tax practices and tax regulations;
• Knowledge related to all relevant accounting software;
• Knowledge related to MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
• Knowledge related to finance and accounting in a construction/Real-estate industry;
• At least 5 years of experience as Accounting or Finance Manager.
