Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office;
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office;
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
- Ensure office is tidy and presentable;
- Ensure reception area is tidy with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures);
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
- Update calendars and schedule meetings;
- Arrange travel and accommodations;
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduate student in bachelor’s degree in business management or other relevant fields;
- Knowledge of time management and business administration;
- Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work well individually and as a team;
- Able to work under pressure.
