Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office;
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office;
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Ensure office is tidy and presentable;
  • Ensure reception area is tidy with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures);
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings;
  • Arrange travel and accommodations;
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.

Job Requirement

  • Fresh graduate student in bachelor’s degree in business management or other relevant fields;
  • Knowledge of time management and business administration;
  • Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work well individually and as a team;
  • Able to work under pressure.
