Job Description
• Assist sales department in dealing with sales and purchase agreements procedure;
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting department AR staff for collecting the payment;
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales reports to Deputy Sales Manager;
• Work with Construction department for customers’ request on construction and other works;
• Process documents from Sales to other departments;
• Manage all office supplies or other materials related to the Sales department;
• Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments;
• Maintain and update Sales and Customer records;
• Support the sales department with other administrative tasks;
• Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor or upper management.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in business administration, development, or other related subject;
• At least 2-year experience in Sales Administrative role in Borey or Real Estate sector;
• Have good communication, good looks, and be able to involve with problem solving;
• Be flexible, honest, and be able to work under the pressure;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping;
• Khmer and English are required, and Chinese in plus;
• Computer proficiency MS Word & Excel.
