Job Description

• Warmly welcome and provide good customer service;
• Present product, master plan, project facilities and unique selling points to customer;
• Search for target customer to create more sale opportunity and close deal to achieve monthly sales target;
• Maintain good relationship with customers;
• Accompany customer to visit mock up house and site visit with a good presentation about the house functions, facilities in the project;
• Convinces customers and solves problem;
• Prepare customer list, perform house booking process;
• Making daily calling report and update market information to supervisor;
• Perform other tasks assigned by Senior Sales Executive or upper management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related fields;
• Be good at customer service;
• Good looking pleasant & honest;
• Patient & Flexible;
• At least 2 years of experience in sales with real estate/property development company;
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skill;
• Flexible to travel;
• Be able to use MS. Office, Internet & E-mail;
• Could work under pressure.
