Job Description

  • Coordinate between internal related teams and agencies (concept, creatives, design & brand guideline);
  • Operate marketing tasks including creative printing, artwork concept development, advertising and press release etc.;
  • Assist supervisor in the planning and execution of overall marketing/communication strategies;
  • Act as liaison and point person with sale and marketing team for projects, event and promotion;
  • Act as key sales liaison for requesting materials such as printed sales tool kit, POSMs and other marketing materials;
  • Ensure consistent branding activities and expression of brand through all communication;
  • Plan, implement and manage all phases of the digital marketing campaigns including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns;
  • Assist the manager/supervisor to develop digital marketing channels including the Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media;
  • Lead on content planning, creative posts, captions for all digital marketing channels;
  • Manage online communities, including posting, monitoring and response and collect customer needs, emotions, and other feedback for improvement;
  • Track and analyses website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports;
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development;
  • Work on the Search Engine Optimization of the websites;
  • Work flexibly with the graphic designer to make creative conceptual artworks;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by marketing supervisor, manager or upper management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree marketing and communication, business studies, commerce, management or related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing with real estate;
  • Project marketing management experience;
  • Highly organized, multi-task with good priority skill and time management;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of research and analysis;
  • Good listening, speaking & writing skills;
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Be able to use MS. Office, Internet & E-mail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule;
