Job Description

  • Warmly welcome and provide good customer service;
  • Present product, master plan, project facilities and unique selling points to customer with confident;
  • Search for target customer to create more sale opportunity and close deal to achieve monthly sales target;
  • Maintain good relationship with customers;
  • Accompany customer to visit mock up house and site visit with a good presentation about the house functions, facilities in the project;
  • Able to make and close deal with VVIP and VIP customer with high level of customer service and caring attitude;
  • Convinces customers and solves problem;
  • Prepare customer list, perform house booking process;
  • Making daily calling report and update market information to supervisor;
  • Perform market visit to understand about competitor product, pricing and payment terms;
  • Help to filter potential customer to achieve better sales conversion rate;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor or upper management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related fields;
  • Be good at customer service;
  • Able to speak English and Chinese is a plus
  • Good looking pleasant & honest;
  • Patient & Flexible;
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales with real estate/property development company;
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skill;
  • Flexible to travel;
  • Be able to use MS. Office, Internet & E-mail;
  • Could work under pressure.
