Job Description
- Follow up the working process of sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out correctly;
- Supervise the technical work on site, make sure that all parts are properly implemented in accordance with the established technical principles;
- Prepare daily work plan;
- Interact/work with site manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections;
- Check the quality and follow up progress work step by step with sub-contractor;
- Provide as built information;
- Accurate checking and makes order on construction materials as site needed;
- Monitor work progress to ensure follow as schedule in the project;
- Make strictly monitor technical specifications of important aspects of house;
- Manage parts of construction projects;
- Provide technical advice and solving problems on site;
- Prepare site reports and filling in other paperwork;
- Make daily correspondent to site manager/ project supervisor;
- Evaluate the contractor s payment based on actual work and contract;
- Keep the site clean, tidy and safe;
- Cooperates with other departments to make smoothly operation at site as planning;
- Others tasks assigned by site manager or upper management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree Civil Engineer or related fields;
- At least 2-years’ experience as finishing engineer with construction company;
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, and Auto Cad);
- Well understanding general design concept of architecture, structure, MEP;
- Be good at problem solving at site in any case happened;
- Could work under pressure;
- Good in English written and spoken;
- Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working.
