Job Description
- Oversees and manage Street Sweeper, Gardener, Cleaner, and Security every morning;
- Monitor daily attendance of Street Sweeper, Gardener, Cleaner, and Security;
- Arrangement daily roster list of them to ensure they stand at correct gates;
- Create request PR to order materials or inventory to support Property Team;
- Ensure they work align with company policy and respect employees and customers;
- Making daily report and submit to Property Manager;
- Ensure having fresh garden and comfortable environment at Mean Chey Residences Project;
- Solving issues that receive from customers in the Mean Chey Residences;
- Control and monitor on CCTV both day and night times;
- Performs other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in related fields;
- At least 2-years’ experience as property management with property development company;
- Computer proficiency MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Be good at problem solving at site in any case happened;
- Could work under pressure;
- Good in English written and spoken;
- Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working.
