Job Description

  • Conduct business-related research and analysis.
  • Provide daily business news updates relevant to company strategy and leadership interests.
  • Manage and prioritize all correspondence (Telegram, emails, letters, phone calls).
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure professional and timely communication on behalf of the Vice-Chairman and Leadership Team.
  • Maintain confidential documents, records, and filing systems securely.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational document retention policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for strategic meetings and discussions.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and reconcile travel expense reports.
  • Accompany executives on business trips when required and provide on-site support.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and special projects.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide on-site event support.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders (management, clients, partners, government).
  • Support preparation of communication materials for meetings and engagements.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendar; proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare, organize, and lock business plans into calendar with daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Keep, prepare, distribute, and record minutes of meetings.
  • Handle confidential and personal requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Control and verify document accuracy.
  • Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth operation of the executive office.
  • Assist with project tracking to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (e.g., PA certification, Secretarial Diploma) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Khmer and English speaking, writing and listening.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role, preferably in a corporate or executive-level environment.
